Putting the Tittle in the Middle : TV Cooking Show

Yesterday I spent a good chunk of the afternoon with the lovely and incredibly fun La Donna Tittle from Chicago's channel 19 cooking show "Cooking With Tittle". She came by our apartment to assess the kitchen for the shoot tomorrow. I will be featuring chile as a medicinal ingredient and demonstrating a recipe that uses it (Larb Moo - pronounced laap moo - one of my favorite Isaan/Northeastern Thai dishes). I will also put on display my chile collection from around the world so that the viewers know they can use ANY chile in any recipe for medicinal purposes or for just the pure joy of getting your spice on. And as La Donna likes to say, tune in tomorrow so you can put the Tittle in the middle...
