As a student I must admit that I have not been eating mindfully but because of this I will start now. It could help me enjoy my food and time alone. Eating mindfully may help me be aware of healthy food and appreciating food.
รับสแกนเอกสาร lettysevyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06517744314778251267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784694887367771083.post-29835477648090881452011-12-16T01:50:01.430-08:002011-12-16T01:50:01.430-08:00@ M. The thing about potatoes is, it's difficult to truly wash off the pesticides and chemicals as with their thin skins, it has penetrated beyond. Therefore, if you can, it's always best to buy organic AND non GMO. And yes, kimchi and miso are great sources of probiotics, as well as being tasty! You can easily make your own fermented foods at home with just some good quality salt, and patience. The Spice Dochttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02226532446537227333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784694887367771083.post-5414696577529137842011-08-16T00:32:40.202-07:002011-08-16T00:32:40.202-07:00I'm just wondering how to effectively wash pot...I'm just wondering how to effectively wash potatoes :P I'm kinda getting paranoid over the chemicals that they spray on the fields haha!

Good thing you mentioned probiotics. it really saved me when I was taking strong antibiotics.
